At Parma Armory Shooting Center you will find everything from our 90 minute TASTE OF ARCHERY classes for curious beginners, to advanced training options when you are ready to move to the next level. Classes are designed for in-depth training designed to set individuals and families on a path towards a lifetime of archery enjoyment. We also have 1-on-1 archery training at every level for compound and traditional bows, including modern recurves.

Shots out to 30 yards are available for paper targets. Realistic 3D animal rentals are available for an additional fee.

Please be aware that crossbows and no longer permitted on the range unless scheduled with the archery director for quick sight in or city hunting permit test.

Genesis represents the pinnacle of simplicity in compound bow design, endorsed by countless archers for its unparalleled effectiveness. While we maintain a limited color selection in stock, we gladly accommodate custom orders for bows in any color.

Our dedicated bow service extends to Genesis bows and a wide range of other bow types. While Genesis bows typically require minimal servicing, our certified bow technician is ready to swiftly address any repair, replacement, modification, or upgrade needs across all brands and types of bows, including compounds, crossbows, and traditional bows.

Mini Genesisยฎ

Specifically designed for younger archers, the Genesisยฎ Mini has a mass weight of only 2 pounds and an easily adjustable draw weight from 5 to 10 pounds to enable aiming without getting fatigued.

The zero let-off feature helps to pull the string from the fingers upon release, making it easy to shoot.

Kit includes bow with arrow rest and nock point installed, tube quiver, arm guard and (5) XX75 arrows so it ready to shoot right out of the box.

Genesisยฎ Original

Genesis, the first compound bow that automatically covers all draw lengths, is now available in a convenient kit. It’s the perfect introduction to the sport of archery for young and old alike.

The zero let-off feature helps to pull the string from the fingers upon release, making it easy to shoot.

Along with the single-cam Genesis bow, the set features several other components that will help beginners be fully prepared to take on the sport of archery. Kit includes a durable vinyl tube quiver and arm guard with dual reinforced adjustable VELCROยฎ straps. It comes with five aluminum target arrows, and an arrow rest and string nock-point installed, so it is ready to shoot right out of the box.

Children can’t outgrow it because there is no specific draw length. And, since the draw length is always right, it’s extremely easy for beginners to share and shoot.

This is the Official bow of the National Archery in the Schools Program (NASP), and is the bow used in Parma Armory Shooting Centerโ€™s famous 90-minute โ€œTaste of Archeryโ€ classes and 6-hour โ€œIntroduction to Archeryโ€ classes.

Genesisยฎ Gen-Xโ„ข

Powerful enough for hunting, simple enough for anyone to use. The new Gen-Xยฎ single cam allows up to 40 pounds of draw weight to add velocity and kinetic energy to your shot, so itโ€™s perfect for stronger target archers and is approved for whitetail hunting in most states.

In addition to providing smooth traditional-bow-like instinctive snap-shooting, this versatile bow accepts many compound bow accessories such as string peep sights, front sights, string loops for mechanical releases, kisser buttons, and more.

Up to 65% let-off for easier holding and aiming. This cam also exceptionally well, making it a great candidate for various forms of instinctive shooting, like bow-fishing!

The Gen-Xยฎ bow kit comes with a fiber-optic sight, whisker biscuit rest, detachable quiver, and 4 carbon arrows. Add a nock point or string loop, and its ready to shoot right out of the box. Professional setup is available at Parma Ara Shooting Center.

Instruction and all equipment included. $50 per person. 6-person maximum.

Family Archery Classes
Parents, grandparents, and kids can learn archery together in our popular โ€œIntroduction to Archery Family Class,โ€ taught by a USA Archery Certified Instructor.
