Sign up to schedule your Eform certification.
If you certified as a “Trust”- It can be done remotely by phone and computer.
“Individual”- Must be done in person at Parma Amory Shooting Center.
This one-hour block of time will help make sure someone is available for you to get your Eform Certified. If you show up without an appointment we will do our best to accommodate, but cannot guarantee someone will be available to certify your form.
